Prepare & Fortify National Security: for an inevitable Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), both natural and man made are deemed likely. One man made device over the center of the USA and detonated near 100-200 miles high, will cripple the USA – coast to coast, and most of the urban areas of Canada and Mexico in an instant. It could take decades to repair our way out of such an event. Within two days there would be no food to buy in any city, nor equipment to run a farm, nor phones, cars, trucks. The sun can be massively more powerful, and be world wide crippling event – except for the Hardened military bases and underground facilities.

To secure our National Security, harden our power grid infrastructure-backbone against an EMP – pre-position spare parts & and create a core system hardened to allow something to come back…

About Vincent Cataldi

Address 2516 E Menlo Blvd. Shorewood, WI USA 53211-2612 Neighborhood Milwaukee Websites 189433 (ICQ) My Three Favorite Quotes: 1970-2004 1. Peer pressure makes everyone average, average is less than everyone’s potential; the difference is courage. 2. 'Power comes from knowledge, timing, and its assumption ... I assume ' 3. Courage yields Genius if, your genius yields to your courage. These three quotes I invented to paraphrase long stories which I routinely used as motivational assistance. These three each took ten years to condense, and were created ten years apart, taking thirty years to complete the recursive trinity lessons. Vincent J Cataldi - October 2006 * Note on Jan. 3 - 2012 : "Courage" is NOT "courage", "Genius" is not "genius", and "yields" is rather the antithesis of "yields to". Also, the last line of the first sentence ends with "courage", as does the last sentence end this way. "Genius" is 'beyond' our conscious ability and comes through the heart from the sub-conscious; "genius" is the brains we are born with and the experience we push through while living. Admittedly, the grammatical use of "Courage" & "courage" is ambiguous, intentionally. Note also, in sentence one - 'find your own path' message - ends with "courage", yet I did not yet have the courage to tell my 'students' that I was directing them to their 'Own "Genius"', until the last word of sentence three. And notice the use of single quotes around sentence two clearly defines No ending punctuation, intentionally. These (all) 'fell out of my mouth - are from beyond me - and thus this is an example of creation through "Genius", not "genius" ... :)
